Trouble Logging In?

Use Proper Capitalization: Your login is case sensitive, they must be entered exactly as you entered them when you first signed up. For example, if you selected "Billy" as your username and tried entering "billy" in the login prompt, it would fail. This is the number one cause of failed logins.

Haven't Received Your Confirmation Email: If you paid through PayPal then you will need to wait until I have been notified of your payment. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. You will receieve an email from my system once I have activated your account. Please be patient!

If you paid using your credit card, then your confirmation email was sent automatically when your transaction went through. The email contains instructions for creating your username and password. If your confirmation email has not arrived within 15 minutes, please send an email support@digitalblasphemy.com and instructions will be sent to you ASAP.

Expired Account: One reason for a failed login may be that your account has expired (DB Memberships do not automatically renew). If you suspect that this may be the case, you can renew your old membership using this form. It will allow you to renew with the discounted rate.

System Trouble: If you are certain your account is still active, and you know your username and password, then the problem may be a computer mis-setting. Some PCs come with browsers set to anonymously and automatically log you in. This will cause your login to automatically fail when entering the gallery. Here's what you can do to make sure Windows is set to log you in properly.

  • Go to your control panel and select "Internet Options".
  • Go to the tab for "Security".
  • Hit the button for "Custom Level" (A box will pop up with security options.)
  • Scroll down the list to where it says "User Authentication". Make sure it is not set to "Anonymous Logon" or "Automatic Logon".

    There haven't been any login problems reported by Mac or Linux users, but if they occur I will post the fixes here.

    AOL USER?:I have noticed that some AOL users are having problems accessing the gallery. They are not able to log in even though their accounts are active, and their usernames and passwords are entered correctly. To this day I have not been able to figure out the problem. It only affects a minority of AOL users but enough that I have to mention it here.

    I always recommend that these users contact AOL tech support and ask why they are unable to log into a password protected web site. The problem is inside the AOL software and I cannot help you with it at this time.

    If you are an AOL user and AOL tech support gives you the fix needed to access the gallery again, please send it to me so I may post it here.

    Cancel your Membership?

    Digital Blasphemy Memberships do not automatically renew so there is no need to cancel. If you no longer wish to be a member simply do nothing and your account will expire at the end of its term.

    You will receive no mailings or other communcation from Digital Blasphemy once your account has expired.

    Need a Refund?

    Unfortunately, I can only offer refunds if you have never accessed the Members Gallery. Much like when you purchase a DVD , Music CD, or Software from a store; Memberships cannot be returned once they are opened. I can provide a partial credit if you purchased the wrong membership (1 year instead of 90 days for example). Just drop me a line if you have any questions.
